Are you planning your return to work after maternity leave?

This session we will explore both the practical and emotional implications of returning to work when you have a baby.

How will breastfeeding work? What are the implications for expressing or bottle feeding?

Acknowledging the highs and lows of maternity leave.

Trusting your childcare arrangements.

Enjoying your baby AND your work.

It is ideal to attend this course a month or two before you return to work.

Mummy Matters 5 week course

Navigating motherhood while maintaining a sense of self

Are you feeling overwhelmed by motherhood?

Do you constantly worry about your baby?

Do you feel as though you've lost your old self?

Are you anxious as a mum?

Do you struggle with the daily ups and downs with a baby?

Are you feeling alone as a mum?

 

Then this course if for you!

This is a beautiful circle of mums with their babies sharing their stories. I will gently guide you to explore how you're feeling and coping. Through discussion and some mindfulness practices you will discover ways to manage worry, overcome comparison and let go of fear that you're getting it all wrong!

New Course starting:

24 April 1.30-3pm

This course consists of 5x 1.5 hour sessions with your baby. Groups will always be small.

Mindful Mumma Mini Retreat

Take time out for you!
Join me in an enriching session of connection, reflection and relaxation.

 

Tired? Anxious? Need a moment? Can't remember when you last did something for yourself?
The day will involve time to share, serious relaxation and some tlc.
We will explore using our breath and creativity to take ourselves out of the daily stress of juggling parenting and work and life! 

We will share parenting stories and strategies. 

We will explore self-care for mothers. 

We will also take a moment to reflect on you, the woman, not the mother!

How have you changed? What needs do you have beyond being a mother!

 
We will enjoy some beautiful homemade snacks and you will receive a lovely goody bag.

My aim is to spoil you and give you the opportunity to take yourself out of the day to day busy-ness.

You will feel better connections with your baby(s), with other mums and, most importantly, with yourself.
